Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Onclave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Onclave is a marketplace that connects mentees with independent mentors for paid 1:1 video sessions. Onclave facilitates discovery, scheduling, and payment for these sessions but does not employ mentors and is not a party to the mentorship relationship itself.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• When you book a session, payment is authorized but not immediately captured.
• Payment is fully captured only once the mentor approves the booking.
• If a mentor declines a booking, any authorized payment is released and not charged.
• Onclave charges a platform fee on completed sessions, deducted from the mentor's payout.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a confirmed session are eligible for a refund.

Mentors are independent providers, not employees of Onclave. Mentors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, honoring confirmed bookings, and conducting sessions professionally. Onclave reserves the right to remove mentors who violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent Onclave's payment system to transact outside the platform
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliations

Users may cancel a confirmed session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund. Onclave reserves the right to review cancellation disputes on a case-by-case basis.

All content on Onclave, including the platform design, logo, and branding, is owned by Onclave and may not be used without permission. Content shared during sessions remains the property of the person who created it.

Onclave provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any mentorship session. Onclave is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Onclave may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Onclave after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
